- Description of the Reservation
/ Popis Rezervace - Reserve to provide for the purchase of Mixed
Forest Land, as per individual selection. The forest land is located in
the Czech Republic, and the selection of the location or cadastral area is
always according to the specification of the Interested Party. The size of
the forest land is from 1 ha to 500 ha, depending on the size of the
Reservation. The forest plots are available and can be individually
inspected upon payment of the Reservation Guarantee. The purchase price is
always negotiable (or to the highest bidder). If the delivered forest land
does not suit the Applicant, the Reservation Guarantee will be refunded to
the Applicant's account. For more information on how to make and complete

zajištění odkupu Smíšených lesních pozemků, a to dle individuálního
výběru. Lesní pozemky se nachází v České republice, přičemž výběr lokality
či katastrálního území je vždy dle zadání Zájemce. Rozloha lesních pozemků
je o výměře od 1ha do 500 ha, a to dle velikosti Rezervace. Lesní pozemky
jsou dostupné a je možné si je po úhradě Rezervační záruky individuálně
prohlédnout. Kupní cena je vždy k jednání (příp. nejvyšší nabídce). Pokud
dodané lesní pozemky nebudou vyhovovat Zájemci, tak se Rezervační záruka
